What if I need to cancel?

1. Cancellations of Made-to-Order Items: Once confirmed, an order for a made-to-order item may be considered final and partially (up to fully) non-refundable. 
   
2. Cancellations of Available Items: If the item you ordered is available for shipping, it may ship within 24-48 hours of your order. If an item is already shipped, the order can not be canceled. 3. Cancellations of Preorders: If an item is not currently available, but we keep your order in place as a pre-order. You are welcome to cancel; however, please note that fees will apply as costs are incurred.
