    Order Confirmation: As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email automatically. This confirms we received your order and pre-authorized your credit card.

    We Process Your Order: We work in the background to match your order with the closest available inventory to you. We work with and confirm availability with our warehouse network, and we get a confirmation the order has shipped. This process typically takes 3-5 days but can be several weeks (if your item is made to order).

    We Navigate & Keep You Informed: We make sure you receive your orders as smoothly as possible. If there are any challenges with stock availability, shipping times, shipping carrier cost changes, damages that occur during shipping, or anything else, we are here to help.     We Provide Shipment Tracking: All orders will be shipped via small parcel or shipped via freight companies that specialize in larger products.
