Order Confirmation: As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email automatically. This confirms we received your order and pre-authorized your credit card.
We Process Your Order: We work in the background to match your order with the closest available inventory to you. We work with and confirm availability with our warehouse network, and we get a confirmation the order has shipped. This process typically takes 3-5 days but can be several weeks (if your item is made to order).
We Navigate & Keep You Informed: We make sure you receive your orders as smoothly as possible. If there are any challenges with stock availability, shipping times, shipping carrier cost changes, damages that occur during shipping, or anything else, we are here to help. We will reach out to you by email, sms or phone to make sure you are always informed.
We Provide Shipment Tracking: All orders will be shipped via small parcel or shipped via freight companies that specialize in larger products. As soon as your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent via email or sms. We aim to provide tracking within 3 days from the time when we receive the order from you.
Your Order is Delivered: Once your shipment arrives, inspect the packaging before accepting and signing for delivery whenever possible.
If anything does arrive damaged, take photos and reach out to us immediately. Keep everything together (do not discard packaging or shipping materials) and wait for instructions so your order can be returned and exchanged for an undamaged and working product.
What if I need to cancel?
- Cancellations of Made-to-Order Items: Once confirmed, an order for a made-to-order item may be considered final and partially (up to fully) non-refundable.Β
- Cancellations of Available Items: If the item you ordered is available for shipping, it may ship within 24-48 hours of your order. If an item is already shipped, the order can not be canceled. We will help you return the item, but restocking fees may apply if canceled after shipping. Read the full policy.
- Cancellations of Preorders: If an item is not currently available, but we keep your order in place as a pre-order. You are welcome to cancel; however, please note that fees will apply as costs are incurred.Β
